About Anat

Anat – Certified chef, has been in the restaurants and hospitality business from a very young age, and worked under some well-known chefs in Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris, London and Amsterdam.
During her career, she worked in both the kitchen and the management side of business as well as a professional wine consultant for one of the leading wine entrepreneurs in Israel.
Together with Yonathan, they founded and managed the Greek Tavern Sirtaki in Mahane Yehuda market in Jerusalem – which marked the beginning of their professional path together. They went on to establish the food and beverage side of the Avraham Hostel chain in Israel and also then acted as catering concept developers in the European hotel chain Park Plaza.
Anat has a passion for basically everything food related. She is driven by her great love of entertaining and making people happy.
