You will have a dedicated event planner from our team who will be on hand to guide you through every stage of the process:  think - PA / Wedding Guru / venue scout / dream maker wrapped in a pita.

You will have regular contact and receive updates according to your preferred timeline (we know everyone is different from our 10 email a week super planners to our laid back I’m happy with everything - I just want to look pretty and dance - and we love you all!).

During these meetings, we partner with you to address each step of the planning process such as location, venue, travel arrangements, vision building, design and branding, menu curation, legal requirements and everything in between, so you will feel confident and reassured that every detail is to your satisfaction.

Once everything has been finalised you will receive an in depth production file: AKA THE WEDDING BIBLE - which includes every little detail of your weekend / day.

For those who want it we can provide seamless travel arrangements for you and your guests, ensuring comfort and convenience from the moment you arrive on Greek soil you will be welcomed like family and we will be on hand for the duration of your stay. Of course, there is also the option for us to tailor make your design from scratch or through personalising elements of the designs we have available.

What do we mean by branding? 

This includes personalising any aspect of your wedding from the creation of a wedding website, digital save the date and wedding invitations, table numbers, seating chart, welcome sign, menus, bar signs, welcome gifts, wedding favours, vinyl stickers for windows or elevators -  anywhere you would like to see your name we can make it happen. One of the most popular choices for our couples is our family style menu. This consists of shared appetisers - think traditional Greek mezze with a modern twist, served in the centre of each table. We also offer irresistible drinks packages that will keep your guests well lubricated and get them up dancing until the early hours of the morning! Cofounder Yonathan,  our resident master of fun and mixology, will help you to take your drinks offering to the next level, creating your signature cocktails and selecting glassware and garnishes sure to impress your guests.
