About Yonathan

Yonathan – lives and breathes hospitality with over sixteen years of experience in managing and running bars and restaurants. Prior to joining forces with Anat in setting up and opening Sirtaki Bar, he owned and managed bars in Jerusalem while always dealing with various aspects of management including overseeing kitchen and bar staff and even PR & Marketing.
Yonathan loves the interaction with the customers and is driven by the desire to create a customer experience which will make people come back again and again.
Out of great love for Greece combined with our passion to work with people, we decided to channel all our energies and skills into something that will fill our lives with joy and creativity when each of us brings into this his own experience and strong sides.
