Our story began with a spontaneous doodle scribbled on a napkin over lunch which became the inspiration for our first Greek tavern, Sirtaki, in the heart of the Machane Yehuda market. What started as a leap of faith in our new relationship blossomed into a lifelong adventure filled with shared passions for food, culture, and the joy of bringing people together.
