Chuppah by the sea, a kitchen that speaks kosher, and a dance floor that doesn’t stop until the farewell brunch. You bring the vision. We handle everything else.
Sirtaki Events is a Jewish wedding planner in Greece, based in Evia, about an hour from Athens. Our team produces Jewish and kosher weddings across mainland Greece and the islands, from the chuppah and the rabbi to the kosher kitchen, the hotels and the Greek night. Since 2019 we’ve produced 350+ events, and Jewish weddings are the thing we’re known for.
We started Sirtaki Events after planning our own destination wedding, so we know what keeps couples up at night. Here’s what we bring to the table.
Our company was co-founded by a chef, so the menu is never an afterthought. We plan any level of kashrut, from a kosher-style menu to a fully supervised kosher kitchen set up on site.
Orthodox, Reform or secular, in Hebrew, English or both. The chuppah, the ketubah and the glass are yours to shape.
Welcome party, ceremony, farewell brunch. Your guests get a vacation, and you get three days with your favorite people.
One personal planner from the first call to the last dance, and every detail in one production file, the Wedding Bible.

Everything you’d rather not chase from abroad. Our producers turn your wish list into one plan, then run it on the ground.
There’s no single way to stand under the chuppah. Tell us what matters to you, and we’ll build the day around it.
| Ceremony | Who leads it | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Orthodox | An Orthodox rabbi based in Greece | Full kashrut and Shabbat logistics are possible. Athens and Chalkida are the easiest base. |
| Reform | A Reform rabbi flown in from Israel or Europe | There are no Reform rabbis based in Greece, so we plan the travel early. |
| Secular | A secular ceremony celebrant | Written around your story, for couples of every background, faith and gender. |

Athens and Chalkida are the easiest base for a fully kosher wedding: kosher hotels, Orthodox rabbis and a mikveh nearby. The Athens Riviera gives you the sea with the city close by.
Evia is our home turf, about an hour from Athens, and we’ve produced weddings all over it, from seaside resorts to village squares. The islands work beautifully too, from Karpathos to Halkidiki on the mainland coast. They take an outside kosher kitchen, a chef team and supervision, and our team coordinates all of it.
Best time: late spring (May and June) and early fall (September and October). July and August work great with a sunset chuppah.

Picture this: the hora is still going when the bouzouki starts, and suddenly your grandmother is smashing plates with the best man. Our parties mix the best of both worlds. Think a Greek night with live music and plate smashing, a signature cocktail menu from our resident mixologist, and a dance floor that runs until somebody calls it a night (usually not you).

Tell us your dates, your guest count and your non-negotiables. We'll tell you honestly what fits.
Your personal planner builds the Wedding Bible: venue, kashrut, ceremony, hotels and every vendor, in one place.
Come see the venues with us, or plan everything from home. Either way, you always know the next step.
We're on the ground from the welcome party to the farewell brunch. You just show up and say "I do."
Decide your kashrut level before you fall in love with a venue. It changes which kitchens can work, how the menu is built and how the weekend flows. Get it right first, and everything else gets easier.
Every couple is different. Here are a few of the weddings we’ve been lucky enough to produce.
